3x House / Land Packages

• 1 lot Subdivided into 3 lots.
• 2 existing houses completely renovated and modernised. A third house was added and developed.
• Lot surroundings were rejuvenated and landscaped.
• Extensive native planting to enhance and build on the rural setting.
• Two residents have since sold their properties and made substantial capital gains.

Redbrook

• Redbrook is a new concept to the Waikato: the positioning of freehold residential sites within a farm.
• The Redbrook concept was simple and clear: city living + country style
• To create an exclusive rural-city zone, 17 2500m² lots were nestled within 110ha of farmland. Section sizes were designed to create a sense of rural space without the headaches of rural maintenance.
• 20,000 natives were planted throughout the subdivision to enhance the atmosphere setting.
• The exclusivity of these sections is protected by a greenbelt. This greenbelt bars any future subdividing, effectively preserving the lifestyle and outlooks that residents had invested in.
• Strict covenants were established to encourage the building of quality homes. These covenants have served to protect the capital investment of each purchaser as well as ensuring an exceptional atmosphere within Redbrook.
• Complete privacy was created with deliberate landscaping and strategic planting between house lots.
• A single entrance ensures the safety and exclusivity of Redbrook residents.
• To set an upmarket tone, schist stone was used for the entrance ways in and throughout Redbrook.

Redbrook House / Land Package

• Within Redbrook estate, Future Developments designed and built two luxury homes.
• The first home is an architecturally designed 300m² house. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a schist fireplace and indoor/outdoor living.
• The second house is a 428m² executive home:

  • Showcase double sided 6m high Free standing Schist fireplace
  • Natural recycled timbers
