With any Future Developments subdivision, our responsibilities are two-fold. We are responsible to each family that chooses to live within and we are responsible to the community as a whole. To achieve that, appropriate building covenants are established. These covenants enable us to safeguard the financial and lifestyle investments of our clients.

To help investors make optimal use of the covenants, NZ Dream Homes has developed a managerial division. This division provide clients with clarification and guidance before, during, and after the building of their homes. Not only do we work with our clients, we also sit down with the various contractors responsible for building their home. Such consultation removes ambiguity and makes the building process smoother for everyone.
