House & Land packages

There are times when people simply want to purchase the finished product, the house and land ready to live in. NZ Dream Homes delivers this in two ways.

  1. In the first option, NZ Dream Homes designs and builds an exclusive home(s) within a Future Developments subdivision. In viewing this subdivision, a client may love a particular land-and-house package and seek the ease and immediacy of buying the finished product.
  2. Our second option offers design flexibility. After purchasing a Future Developments section, a client may choose a building plan from an existing range of NZ Dream Homes designs. All designs are for premium homes that meet the high standards of our covenant criteria.

Once a plan is chosen and modifications are made, our building team will then turn it into a dream home.
