Redbrook concept

  • Our Redbrook vision was to create a subdivision of superior quality, a community of valuable properties that would be a pleasure for residents to come home to.
  • The concept was simple: country living – city style; all the convenience of city life with the tranquillity of rural surrounds.
  • To achieve this, FD introduced a new concept to the Waikato: the positioning of freehold residential sites within a farm. To create an exclusive country / city style zone, 17 2500m2 lots were nestled within 110ha of farmland. The subdivision and farm complemented each other perfectly.
  • The residential block was strategically located within the farm to cause zero disruption to farm work. At the same time, it gave residents everyday views of farm land and life which increased the expansive feel of the community.
