RED RIVER UPDATE: Great News

Consent has been given

Consent for the Red River Country Estate was granted through Environment court on the 22 January 2010.
That’s a big step given the new rule changes which do not allow for this type of subdivision in the Waikato District. Red River sites will be unique, and probably the last of this style of development north of Hamilton.

4 sites available now

Now that consent has been given, Future Developments is pleased to release 4 new sites right now. We are subsequently inviting expressions of interest in these sites and expect they will be snapped up quickly.

3D animation coming

3D animation fly-throughs of Red River Country Estate and the Dream Home luxury houses will be online very soon. These fly-through animations will give viewers an accurate sense of what developments will look like in the near future. For3D animation DVD & plans available for viewing, please e-mail or phone the office 07 8243125.

The Red River Concept

  • Red River is Future Developments’ latest project. As with Redbrook Estate, Red River will be exclusive country living city style, where residents enjoy the best of life in the country with 13 minute access to the city.
  • Residential sites will be strategically nestled within farmland to create a protected rural-city zone. This in-farm zone ensures the exclusivity and tranquillity that many people are now seeking.
  • Strict building covenants will be over the Red River sites. These will protect the investment of buyers and ensure a level of quality is maintained that will enhance the entire subdivision. Without doubt, some of the best homes in the Waikato will be found in Red River.
  • 30x 3000-5000m2 residential sites are proposed for Red River. These generous lots will give residents the sense of space they seek without requiring arduous levels of maintenance.
  • To transform the farm block, extensive earthworks will be carried out. Over 60,000 native trees will be planted and ponds landscaped to enhance the existing tranquillity. Red River will become something quite stunning.
  • Entrance ways and security gates will be fitted. These will be visually in keeping with the atmosphere of Red River.
  • With only 30 lots available, now is the time to register your interest. To do so, simply click on Red River and provide your contact details. Brent will keep all parties up to date on progress, lot availability, time frames, and viewing opportunities.
